Motorized mobility scooters: the use of training/intervention and technology for improving driving skills in aging adults – a mini review

This review summarises the findings of clinical studies regarding the enhancement of motorised mobility scooter driver safety, with a focus on improving driver skills. It had three objectives: to identify and summarise any available evidence regarding improved driving skills following intervention, identify the types of driving skills that might be improved by intervention, and identify the use of technology in improving driver skills.
