After a successful pilot, a nursing role to help people die in their preferred place is being widened, says Jackie Cosh

For 20 years retirement housing provider Housing 21 has been delivering specialist services for people with dementia in Westminster, London. A recent pilot programme introduced a dementia specialist end of life nurse to enable people with the condition to die at home.
