Survey finds GPs miss symptoms in younger patients or refer too late when disease is incurable
PATIENTS UNDER the age of 55 with pancreatic cancer are more likely than those who are older to be diagnosed at a stage when the disease is incurable, because of poor awareness, misdiagnosis and care delays, a survey has found.
