Paediatric skin and wound care

Paediatric wound care is an area of children’s nursing poorly covered in literature. This book brings together wound care issues from nappy rash through to rare, complex conditions such as epidermolysis bullosa. The initial chapters concentrate on skin development and neonatal care, while the later chapters cover skin and wound care issues more commonly found on school, practice nurse or community children’s nurse caseloads.
