'Home Safely Home’ is the final stage in rehabilitation at the Geriatric Medical Unit of Belfast City Hospital. It aims to give patients the information they need for a safe, comfortable and independent life. Sessions are held weekly on a four-week cycle and experts from both in and outside the unit are called upon.
