Cost of registering with new regulatory body is too high

All healthcare professionals will be required to pay a registration fee of £64 to the Independent Safeguarding Authority in a scheme being rolled out later this year to help prevent unsuitable people from working with children and vulnerable adults. Most nurses remain oblivious of this impending charge.
