I’m going to give myself a breakOh no, not that time of year again already. The time when all thoughts turn to decrying the sins of the past and looking to a slimmer, healthier, more fulfilled future? Well, I've been there, done that. And for the most part, it doesn't last long. So this year, I've resolved NOT to make new year resolutions, and to give myself a break. After all, we're all human, aren't we? We're all entitled to the odd drink or chunk of chocolate.
