A genuine debate on drugs? Thats as laughable as zero tolerence

Following Ann Widdecombe's recent fulmination, it's time for a full and frank discussion about drugs. But she'll have to be barred because judging by the level of political debate on the topic, she and her parliamentary pals are so obviously out of their trees on the hallucinogenic potion of power that trying to get them to say anything sensible is like looking for wisdom in the bottom of a whisky bottle.
