Women, life and the universe

The title of this book leads one to believe that the focus of the book is mental health, but in fact a key feature is its breadth, scope and multidimensional nature. Essentially the book is an eclectic collection of essays grouped into sections: women today, women and mental health; women and reproductive health; women and physical health; women, health promotion and health lifestyles. There are contributions by authors from the UK, the US and Europe. The intended audience is students on a range of undergraduate and post-graduate programmes with a women's health input.
