Going in feet first

Judith Davies , Reflex therapist in Herefordshire

The ancient Egyptians believed the feet were mirrors of the bodyas a whole, a theory that still holds true today

It was curiosity that attracted me to thisstrange therapy where the total picture ofthe body is reflected in miniature on the feet.A thousand years before Christ, feet wereused as a means of therapy. It was understood that the feet mirrored the physical, emotional and spiritual condition of a person.
