The wisdom that comes from revalidation

It arrived in a flurry of panic, but the benefits of self-examination and what can be taken from feedback are becoming apparent

So, revalidation arrived and a cloud of doom descended on hapless nurses. A disconcerting unease threatened our equilibrium as a flurry of updates was delivered by practice champions and a mountain of documents was circulated in a frenzy to goad us into reflective action.
