A casebook of cognitive therapy for traumatic stress reactions

Paul Rogers Professor, Forensic nursing, University of Glamorgan

I DOUBTED that this book could offer more than was already available in the many other books on the subject. but it does. It moves onto the next level of clinical enquiry into trauma. The chapters encourage the reader to think beyond clinical guidelines by focusing on real-life clinical presentations where the full DSM-IV criteria for post-traumatic stress disorder may not be exactly met, or where comorbidity is present.
