Rachel Rowe gives an update of competency development with the Faculty of Emergency Nursing
The core nursing competencies have now been tested in all five pilot sites with the specific competencies being distributed as Emergency Nurse went to press. On visiting all sites in the role of project leader the amount of work that has gone into the pilot from the sites has been both phenomenal and humbling to observe, as it has been done on top of the day to day running of the emergency departments.
